Privacy policy

KALEROQ processes personal data on behalf of the businesses that use it. Businesses are the data controllers for their customer records; KALEROQ is the processor.

What we store

Account details for business owners and their team, and booking details for customers: name, email, phone number, appointment history and any notes left with a booking.

How it is used

To confirm and manage appointments, send booking notifications and reminders, and give businesses insight into their own bookings. Marketing messages are only sent where a customer has opted in.

Your rights

Customers can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting the business they booked with. Businesses can export or delete their own data at any time from their settings.
